Slurry mixing with fine bubble diffusers
The bubbles rise and produce an internal induced flow upwards, this induced current then provides a mixing action.
The diffuser tube is negative buoyancy and is connected to an air pump with negative buoyancy hose. They are simply thrown in. If the store is too large to throw in then we can add an eyelet to one end so it can be pulled into position from the far side of the tank/lagoon etc.
Our system does not require any internal fixing, the diffuser simply sink to the bottom of the liquid and bubble up providing a mixing action.
Mixed slurry has several advantages, it does not form a crust, it is consistent and homogeneous so is easier to spread and gives a more consistent result on the area it is spread.
